Welcome to the StockSage Academy Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the affiliate program.

1.2. Accurate and truthful information must be provided during the registration process. Failure to do so may result in rejection or termination of your affiliate account.

 2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. As an affiliate, you will be provided with a unique referral link to promote our stock market
courses. This link is for your personal use and may not be shared with other affiliates.

2.2. You agree to:
– Promote our courses ethically and professionally.
– Avoid any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products.
– Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to marketing and advertising.

2.3. Prohibited practices include but are not limited to:
– Spamming or unauthorized email marketing.
– Promoting the affiliate link on websites containing illegal or inappropriate content.
– Using paid ads to directly compete with StockSage Academy’s own campaigns.

 3. Commissions and Payments
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% for each successful sale made through their unique
referral link.

3.2. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds or chargebacks).

3.3. Payments will be processed monthly, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout
threshold of Rs 1000.

3.4. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. StockSage Academy is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect details.

 4. Tracking and Attribution
4.1. Referrals are tracked using cookies and your unique referral link. Cookies have a lifespan of 30 days, after which sales will no longer be attributed to the affiliate.

4.2. In case of disputes regarding tracking, stocksageacademy.com records will be considered final.

5. Termination
5.1. StockSage Academy reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for
violations of this agreement, fraudulent activities, or unethical behavior.

5.2. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
6.1. StockSage Academy does not guarantee the success or earnings of affiliates and is not liable for
any losses incurred by affiliates.

6.2. Affiliates operate independently and are not employees or representatives of StockSage Academy.

7. Modifications to the Agreement
7.1. stocksageacademy.com reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.

7.2. Continued participation in the program after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
